Brent:
Although I haven't ever read of this on the
hog section. It might be a good place to
post it too.

Wish you the best in connecting and having
a great fun and SAFE time.

Expect the expense to be plenty high.

Try this guy. If he does'nt still run hunts he probably has a source.
I hunted with him several times and we always had lots of hogs to shoot at.
There is also a guy outta Charlotte Texas named Phillip Hindes, we've had good luck with him too.

Is there any time to harvest the meat from the boars? Do you use your own gun or do they have one mounted on the helicopter?

Depends on the land set up. If you are flying out of the airport and hunting several properties, I doubt it. if you are hunting one property and gps the bodies, I would say yes.
They will provide guns usually but they are not mounted to the helo. All you need is a shotgun with buckshot or a semi auto with a brass catcher, preferably with a red dot optic

Try Heli-Hunter 844.HELI-HOG (844.435.4464)

I hunted with them and stayed at 3 Curl Outfitters lodge back in March. Great people and awesome experience. Will definitely be doing it again. They are located out of Avalon, TX

Here is a video of it. https://vimeo.com/541780485

Email Sam Barrick and see if he will host you. He has some good areas and an outstanding pilot. I have been a couple of times. The chopper pilot he uses is a lot of fun to hunt with. This will be right on the Red River but the Oklahoma side.

Yessir! What a small world. Someone from Burneyville on AR! As the crow flies just a few miles from Thackerville where our hospital is on I-35.

We had a ranch in Rubottom when I was a kid and I graduated from Turner. I’m sure we know a lot of the same people.

What brought you to Conroe? My good friend's wife grew up there, not much in Conroe.

I think exit 99 or 100 will put you in Conroe. I live just off the freeway at exit 16. It is a small world for sure.
