| Yes, you are correct about mtn. goats being able to absorb some lead. I shoot all yr. long. I went to africa this past May and TX last Feb. Did some shooting both hunts. My trophy room is shrinking dramatically. MTG |

| Good luck, I drew mine in 101 two years ago (right across the road from 100). I hunted the Spar lake and little spar areas which were happily only about 30mins from my place. Get some good boots and start getting in shape NOW! The Leigh lake area is always a good bet for seeing goats but that is about all the advice that I can offer since I do all of my hunting to the north towards the Yaak. Several of my friends have taken nice goats (and sheep) from the area you will be in.
