Some of the info? You have no information about me or my Elk hunt! What has me going is the false and untrue BS that you feel necessary to spout to the rest of this forum. Why wouldn't I be upset. As I said before, put up or shut up. You made the accusation, the least you could do is back it up with some facts. But facts are something you don't have. True? You're nothing but a faceless coward. From OW's post "The indictments charged writer/videographer Ryan Hatch of Kanab, Utah with 28 violations, including 21 violations of the Airborne Hunting Act relating to the use of aircraft to harass wildlife, specifically mule deer, bobcat, and coyotes. The remaining charges included one felony violation of the Lacey Act, two felony violations of conspiracy to violate the Lacey Act and four misdemeanor violations of the Lacey Act. According to the grand jury, Hatch hunted and guided illegally on the Navajo Indian Reservation, used aircraft prior to hunting and possessed antlers he collected within the confines of the Grand Canyon National Park." Federal grand jury's don't just get together for a $10 parking permit (or what ever the heck it was). Sounds to me like this guy should be in federal prison hitting rocks with a sledge hammer instead of making $$ of a resource he abuses. MG

I have to say I never really cared much about RMK's profanity but he sure did equalize the playing field on this post. Plus he really does identify what most of these publications are trying to do and that is make money by increasing magazine sales and generate advetisement dollars. As for Ryans hunting techniques I will let you all be the judge of that. RMK I never though about using those para planes to access land. I always labored over those maps and trying to find that 50 yard area that I could use to get into those areas most thought were landlocked.

A local started using a power sail,to access state lands here a couple years ago. It sparks alot of controversy. One millionaire asshole, has already run ads in the paper stating this guy has chased animals off his property and now he won't let the public hunt his property. Nevermind the fact, that he never let the public hunt anyway. Laramie just had a case of what they call corner jumping. Accessing public land where corners meet. You don't go onto private, but you are close. The GF says its illegal, but there isn't a thing in the law prohibiting it.
