Anyone interested in a Yukon Territory Spring Grizzly hunt this year? The hunt is 14 days in some of the most beautiful country in North America. The outfitter had a guy cancel and needs to fill a space starting any time in the first half of May. The discounted cost is $5800 (that is about $1500 cheaper than usual) with a $3900 harvest fee on Grizzly. The hunter can take a black bear free of charge in addition to the Griz. Licenses are $500 CDN for the Griz and $75 CDN for the Black bear. Last year, this area produced an 8'8" bear which is pretty damn good for a Yukon Mountain Grizzly.
