headed to a friends ranch in tejas for the new year,time to stock the freezer w/ wild hog and whitetail.we do this every other yr or so,the "hit list" this yr is pretty extensive.
hogs,sheep,goats,axis and 170 whitetail does.
will post some photos when i return.

I hunt SW of Victoria and the does run around 100 pounds! Those does are big ones and good eating?
