I drew a desert sheep tag in Nevada this year. We hunted hard and managed to take this fine ram.

I hunted with Silver State Guides and Outfitters, they are a top notch outfit.

We spotted this ram and another first thing of the second day of the season. We watched them head into a canyon and made a stock over there. We couldn't find them right away so we backed out and managed to find them about an hour later bedded in the shade 100 yards below. When I got into position this ram was up and feeding, I had a 200 yard shot at about a 45 degree angle down. I had to shoot off hand and made a good shot. My friend has some good video footage of the hunt. I had a great time with some good people.
