Im thinking of getting a new all weather rifle that can do it all. i was thinking of a Kimber Montana or a sako finnlight in 300wsm. which one would you pick. - IronHayden - | ||

Iron I have owned them both- handle the Kimber and see if you like the stock- I really don't, though I am a BIG Kimber fan. The stock seems a little flimsy to me, and note it has a blind magazine, as I recall. The Sako will be heavier, more substantial, a detachable mag, fluted barrel- I don't think they are making them anymore, so you may be able to dig one up for a good price. I'd look at the new production Model 70's first, Model 70, Extreme Weather SS Don't think they've shipped any of the SS ones yet but the 3 featherweights I've seen look pretty good. | |||
