Im thinking of getting a new all weather rifle that can do it all. i was thinking of a Kimber Montana or a sako finnlight in 300wsm. which one would you pick.

I have owned them both- handle the Kimber and see if you like the stock- I really don't, though I am a BIG Kimber fan. The stock seems a little flimsy to me, and note it has a blind magazine, as I recall.
The Sako will be heavier, more substantial, a detachable mag, fluted barrel- I don't think they are making them anymore, so you may be able to dig one up for a good price.
Me, I'd go with the Sako...

Skinner.I'd look at the new production Model 70's first,
Model 70, Extreme Weather SS Don't think they've shipped any of the SS ones yet but the 3 featherweights I've seen look pretty good.

Jeff SullivanI recently bought a Sako 75 Finnlite in 6.5x55 and would highly recommend the gun.
