Just a heads up for anyone thinking about hunting Bison on the Crow Res. An aquaintance of mine purchased a hunt off ebay from a seller (ID = richrme) who had positive feedback and was selling crow res licenses. He paid 50% down and then months later got word that the Crow res was not "honoring those licenses". He got no hunt and was out the deposit. Buyer Beware! | ||

The Crow are trying in their own way to get some big game hunting established. I won't even try to speculate on the infighting within the clans. However, Doyle Moss, of the Spyder bull fame, has been purchasing tribal bear tags and offering some buffalo hunts. You might check with him and or his website. The Fort Belknap, Fort Peck, and the Blackfeet all have established big game hunts for buffalo. On Fort Peck, contact Robbie Mangum. He runs the hunts and is a good man. | |||

I've been screwed twice on ebay, I contacted ebay and they told me the sellers would be banned, that didn't help me, I didn't get my money back or the items in either case. Don't hold your breath until ebay helps you. Stepchild NRA Life Member | |||

I was talking with a friend of mine who uses ebay a lot - apparently pay-pal holds the money for a period to allow the buyer to check out the item. This might help for future auctions. Liberals believe that criminals are just like them and guns cause crimes. Conservatives believe criminals are different and that it is the criminals that cause crimes. Maybe both are right and the solution is to keep guns away from liberals. | |||
