Is there anywhere in the States to hunt ROE deer?

Probably high fence in Texas. You're best bet is to hunt them in Europe.

I’ve never seen them on a high fence ranch, or listed on a web site for a ranch. I wonder why?

They don’t do well at all in high fence areas not even transporting them

But Europe is easy hunting for them and they are everywhere
