Do I have any realistic chance of drawing a tag for zone 7 as a non-resident? There looks to be only 100+ buck tags available. Is there a land owner tag if I could find one to buy?

No land owner tags.Your chances of drawing are slim to none.You could try other areas.

You most likely will have better luck drawing a tag in Wyoming for Antelope. They always have excess tags in a lot of the areas.
