It might work if you upload the picture in .jpg format and then post the image. I don't know if the UBB code works with bitmapped graphics (.bmp files).

The pictures in the Photobucket album are in a bitmapped format (hence the .bmp extension). They can be converted to jpeg format (extension .jpg) with a graphics or photo program like Microsoft Office Photo Editor. They would need to be put into the Photobucket album (aka uploaded) in that format and then the url/location for that picture used in your posting.

Here's another one. The kid shot his 271 pound (field dressed) buck with his 30-30, of course. The only measurements that Buck's uses in its contest are field-dressed weight and outside spread. I love this county. I shot a ten-pointer out of my house window with the 270, but he only weighed 210 pounds.
