I keep hearing that Conservation Force is going to file a response. Are they the only ones that can do so or can anyone file a response?



Anyone can file a response. Conservation Froce is filing its response. LCTF is supporting CF's respone and its other efforts and will not file a separte response. We are not aware of any other organizations--SCI, DSC, other hunting groups--that are working on responses. When Aaron returns to the US perhaps he will have heard of some. Preparing a persuasive response takes a lot of scientific support, legal analysis, and knowlege of all the facts. Anyone can file, but not everyone can be persuasive.

In addition CF is a well known and respected org that has had many delings with USFW and other US Gov dpt no doubt. They have credibility.
