The barrel life thread has got me to wondering roughly how many rounds my accumark has in it. Anybody have any realistic numbers? | ||

Welcome to the forum dustin... Unless you shoot ALOT your rifle should have a lifetime of shooting in it... There are some very experienced Weatherby folks at http://www.weatherby.dk that can give you some firm numbers... I'm reasonably sure that my 338-378 Weatherby Accumark will give me upwards of 3000 rounds so I don't expect to be shooting out the barrel in what's left of my lifetime... Ken.... just remember to let the barrel cool down after ca 3 shots, and the barrel will last long | |||
