What height is the 1” factory CZ rings? Measured from the bottom of the ring to the top of the receiver. Is there different heights. Where can I bye them? Are they any god?

I have a set for sale, they worked well for me, I just wanted QD's on my .416 Rigby. They are a tad higher than the warne mediums I compared them to. But they are all steel and would do the job.
