I am looking for a refferal to gunsmiths/builders who specialize in customs/semi customs built on Ruger M77 actions.

GDOG, try D&D Gunsmiths in Troy. They do beautiful work. Usually have a booth at the Detroit SCI dinner.

No, they haven't for me but they have for a friend. They like to work on mausers, but do nice work on just about anything they work on.
