I realize condition is a primary consideration and pictures are important, but might you give me a ball park value of a Steyr 1956 full stock carbine in 270 Winchester having a spoon bolt handle and incredibly smooth action with both front & rear sights and an ancient B&L variable scope in an equally aged Kuharsky mount with external adjustments and QD rings?

I was thinking about $1200???

Bill, probably about right in good condition. Some of the retail shops seem to think they're quite precious, but the ones I've bought or sold have been in the $1,200-$1,500 range.
