This should be titled my wife's gonne kill me

In addition to the Montana Rifle co short actions I ordered for my children, I decided to order one more for myself. The title of thread is related to the fact that it is s/n 350, a stainless magnum short action. Plan is to fit a 21" MRC stainless tube to it.

Not sure how I'll stock it, I'm debating between maple or making up a carbon stock. I'm thinking for the effort of making up a plug and mold, I'd have a wood stock finished more quickly, and so long as I keep it svelte, the weight shouldn't be too bad.

Will that action feed a WSM case?

That is there plan. The actions don't exist as yet, and I expect are at least 6 months out. That's ok, as it's likely next year at the soonest that I'll get to building them. I just wanted to get in line, as I believe it'll be a long one once finished guns start getting revieved in the magazines. I'm also quite excited about the s/n, not that it really matters, but it is kinda neat.
