Ruger 350RM - image search
Guys,
Sorry ... I've searched but cant find a thread awhile back here where (from memory) a magnificent Ruger (synthetic?) 350RemMag was shown. I remember shortened barrel and maybe (?)NECG front and rear sights and that's about it. Looking for that image as my 'smith is working on my Ruger 350RM at the moment, and I'll be looking at modifying mine to be similiar.
Anyone remember the thread or could the owner of such rifle repost????
Cheers...

Con,
I know the gun you're talking about, but for the life of me I don't recall where the thread was published. I think that gun was discussed on this forum
http://forums.outdoorsdirectory.com/ but for the life of me I couldn't make a decent enough search to find a thread with a pic of that gun.
Thanks for trying Paul,
Damn annoying being unable to find that image!! My rifle is at the 'smith being "personalised" at the moment ... just need to decide on a set of rear/front sights.

boom sticki thought that was woodjacks gun
Thanks lads,
I'm still searching for it ... pretty sure they were NECG sights though. Either way I'm looking for a rugged set of sights ... single leaf on an island rear and a nice wide post on a banded (?) front for my Ruger. With mag box opened to 3" ... its going to be my "perfect" rifle!!

Tez,

I must say that's one very sexy practical rifle mate.
What projectiles/gn's you looking at?

Tez,
Shane Clancy has my Ruger 350RM at the moment opening the mag box to minimum 2.95" to accept the Woodleigh 310gr RN. A shorter COL has the projectiles falling back into the case. Once modified ... it'll be able to use everything from light pistol projectiles to the heavy Woodleigh. My definition of versatile! The rifles standard load however is generally a Woodleigh 250gr.
