A friend had a Voere Titan II in 300 WM with DST's for sale the last several gun shows here. I was curious, but I want the original 300 Magnum.

I remove the clip this morning, and Sha-Zayummmm!!! The little sticker on the side says "300 WM, 300 Wby, 375 H&H, 6.5x68S, 8x68S."

Run to the table at the end, the man has some factory 200gr ammunition. Magazine takes three! and feeds.

It came home with me, and all's it needs is a new barrel.

Woo-Hoo!

It is a very good day...

Rich, if you have any questions about the Voere, call Phil at KDF. He handled the Mausers, Voeres, and Kleinguenters back in their day.

In a month or so, Mike at Bijou Creek Customs will have finished up my 300 H&H on a Mauser action with a Luxus stock blank. It'll give you something to motivate you!!!!

If it is one of the Titans from the 1980s or 90s, the action is silken smooth for an all steel system. I almost bought a 308 a few years ago but it was just a bit heavy for my liking in the bush. That had a single set trigger which was perfect. Good luck on your project Rich and I look forward to some photos of the rifle.
