My hunting partned bought a 300 H&H yesterday & I can't find any brass for it. Widners & Lock,stock& Barrel list it but are out of stock. Midway & Midsouth don;t list it. THANKS

NOBODY has any, it's all in private hands. I've heard ALL kinds of rumors, from Winchester will not make them anymore (same as the 375 H&H which I find hard to believe frankly), to it is now a "seasonal" production run and it will not be made until 2007. Good luck, jorge

yes....and one can bet the entire run will be sold out to a few in a heartbeat.

Thank goodness I stocked both years ago.....but I have friends looking for the 300.....

I've got no idea if this works or not. Seems like I remember you could shoot a .300 H&H in a .300 Wby. chamber and blow the case out. Could you go the other way? Could you take a .300 Wby. and form it down into a .300 H&H? Might have to trim a bit or something, but if you just need the brass and headstamp isn't important, it might work.

Yes...the 300 weatherby case would reform as well as the 7MM STW and the 8MM Rem mag
