Ordered a CZ 550 in 9.3X62 a week ago. Now have to decide which scope to mount on it. After some research narrowed to Sightron SII 2.5-7 X 32 and Nikon Monarch 2-7 X32 also considered Weaver GS 1.5-5 X 32 but read that could be difficult for the bolt handle to clear this last scope. Is it possible to mount said scopes on Warne rings (low)? Main concerns are eye relief and recoil management. Currently own Burris FFII, Nikon Monarch and B& L 3000 all 3-9 X 40. Please provide your experiences. Thanks.

VMA, The Talley rings are quite nice and I chose them to lower the scope a little compared to the factory rings supplied with the rifle. The CZ rings are a little tall for my liking and it gave me an "excuse" to try Talley. Actually, if scope height didn't bother me, I would have been happy to stay with the CZ's. I shot a good bit with them before the Talley's arrived and had no problems with scope slippage. I've read a post or two with reports to the contrary however.
IMHO, you've purchased one of the best "factory" rifle deals in the marketplace today. There are many very positive reports on the CZ's floating out here in cyberspace. They are well made and typically quite accurate rifles right out of the box.
I bought my son this set up..CZ 9.3 with a Leupold 2.5 to 8 with Premier Reticle German 3A. You could not pry this from his hands I don't think. Sure seems to work!
