I got to handle, but not shoot, on of these rifles over the weekend in 308. It reminded me of a Voere Shikan that I had years ago. OK not as well finished but the 3 lug bolt was very smooth. It's quite nice for it's price and, I think, a step above a Savage Axis.

The American is going to be offered in stainless this coming March..
Also they will be chambering the .223 with a 1:8" twist though with standard mag. length from what I have been reading..
