hornady and leverevolution...how will they do in a bfr?
this will be good for handgun hunting i believe...check out http://www.hornady.com

what say you?

what they need to do is sell the bullets so we can load the right or they should make "light mag" ones but i bet they wont Frowner

It would be interesting to try. The only thing I would worry about is how tough they are built and will they expand at the lower revolver velocities.

they are saying that it is functional even with 1000lbs of energy and that is 1200 fps in a 45 70...they are 325 gr so recoil wont be too bad i would say they are good for probably 150 yards and the 30-30 out to 200 in a bfr...thats a guess though beer so put an aimpoint on your bfr and go deer hunting Big Grin

I don't know about the bfr, but I sure would like to have component bullets to load for my 15" Encore 45-70.
