Bad shooting is bad shooting-no matter with a rifle or handgun. So many Kodiak bears have been successfully taken with handguns, it is not news anymore.

Hey guys,
"... .500 caliber Peacemaker." Confused Later on, he says he was shooting a S&W revolver.
"... the bullet striking the great bear center mass and, again, it never flinched."
Confused at 25 yards.... Roll Eyes Doesn't sound like the type of shot one would purposely make on a grizzly bear.
Not a real impressive article.

Good luck and good hunting.
