Well I finally decided to get a black hawk in 45 colt with the 5.5 inch barrel, and the extra 45acp cylinder. I will have to wait about 2 weeks to get it, then I will let you know how it shoots.

Good Choice! The 5 1/2" barrel is the only version I do not have.
Always seem to be drawn to tthe 7.5, 6.5, or 4.5" barrels.
A 5.5 is next on my list though!

You won't be sorry you chose the ruger blackhawk or the Grand old Colt cartridge.
