They offer 425gr WFNGC .480 at 1200fps and .475 at 1300! Since I dont reload(and dont care to),these may be even a lil better than Buffalo Bores versions? http://www.grizzlycartridge.com/-strse-43/480-Ruger-425-Grain/Detail.bok "That's not a knife..THIS is a KNIFE" ! | ||

No, Tom, in my opinion the Buffalo Bore offerings are better. I have chronographed some of his ammo and it all ran slower than advertised and the accuracy wasn't anything to write home about. If I didn't reload, I would be shooting nothing but Buffalo Bore ammo..... I have used the 420 grain .475 ammo (1,375 fps over the chron or thereabouts), the 440 grain .475 ammo (very accurate in my Ruger), and the 410 grain .480 ammo which is very accurate as well. Personally I would look no further....... "Ignorance you can correct, you can't fix stupid." JWP If stupidity hurt, a lot of people would be walking around screaming. I too have found Buffalo Bore 475 Linebaugh ammo to be first rate. I did get some Grizzly ammo for the 475 with the Punch bullet. I advised them it was for the Freedom Arms, which has a little shorter cylinder than some 475's. The ammo arrived with the bullets seated in the wron crimping groove, ie too long.
