I want to send it in for "repair" but the telephone numbers on the box are no good as
all I get is Medical Alert sales pitch.

Anyone know a number to call or where to send it?

If your chrono is from the "shooting chrono" line of chronographs I think you're out of luck. I remember reading somewhere on the net that they went out of business.

Just FYI, LabRadar is very convenient to use (without going downrange), and catalogs your results in a spreadsheet (Excel, .ods, etc.).
A little pricey, but IMO worth it.
And since it doesn't attach to your barrel, it doesn't affect POI.
