I rented one in 350 Rigby Mag from 4D reamer rental. It was sharp enough to cut sight! I think the rental was for 7-10 days and I added getting go/no go gauges and total was around $65. I knew it was a one time thing and it worked out well. Update, I just checked their site and they don't show the #2, but I would give them a call, you never know, they might add it.

I was just going to say that I never rent reamers; they cost $85 to rent. And a new one costs say double that. More or less, depending. A good used reamer is always worth $85.

I'm working on a Jeffery Farquharson that had a shot out barrel, seems to be normal for a 303 from that period. The barrel is in nice condition with integral quarter rib and front ramp. I had JES rebore it to 35 cal. and as Jeffery did some in 400/350 that's the plan

Sounds like a good plan.
I once had a Jeffery Farquharson 303 with a Krupp ribbed barrel and thought it would have benefitted from a larger bore as it was quite barrel heavy.

I'd like to see your rifle too!
