From the Shooters Pro Shop in Oregon (https://www.shootersproshop.com/). I have never noticed the slightest thing wrong with any "blem" bullets I bought from SPS. They always shot as well for me as regular Noslers.

One unopened bag of 50 plus one opened bag of 40. 90 bullets total. Can provide pictures if needed.
