When I was young it was fun to shoot the evasive Dragonfly they dart around a lot, but I was using a 410 full choke.

Barn swallows are another challenging target.

I am still interested in what he shot the Dragonfly with.

Never admit luck!! well ya to your kid...

I made an offhand shot with my ruger 22/22mag revolver once that I will probably never beat. At 75 yards or so my uncle had a drink can set up and could not hit the end with his 22 rifle as it had fallen over and the bottom was all that could be seen,,,I was picking on his lack of skill and he called me on it...I drew the 22 mag, shot without aiming just looking down the barrel and nailed that sucker,,,,both our jaws dropped,,,,I recovered faster and said...."see you suck" he has never let me live it down...pure luck!
