Redding neck sizer shaving brass of the neck. Why?

I'm neck sizing my Nosler 22-250 brass with a Redding S-Type bushing neck sizer. The fired neck measures .255" and the bushing is a .250" diameter. Each time a case is sized there are small shavings of brass coming of the case.
Am I doing something wrong?
Anybody ever experience this?

Is the bushing in right? I don`t own a S die but would think there must be a top and bottom to the buttons used. I`d see if one side of the button is chamfered/rounded to prevend scraping the case.
