I get every new reloading Manual as soon as they come out, but recently none have been published. Hodgen puts out their annual Magazine that features their powders, but the other powder and bullet companies have not put out anything recently. Just wondering why. Good Shooting. phurley

Everything on the Net. They actually have more loads than on printed books.

It's the current trend with consumer goods, not only bullet and powder manufacturers. The last two or three household appliances I bought came without instruction booklets. I was told all the info was available on the manufacturers websites. Currently I am doing a bathroom renovation. Bought items from a particular manufacturer that had always produced a great catalogue. Asked for an updated one. Nope, all on the internet now. I really noticed this trend after Covid settled down. Hunting.... it's not everything, it's the only thing.

When I started reloading my Mentor had only one reloading Manual, the old Lyman book that gave accuracy loads, factory duplicating loads along with fastest to slowest loads. I truly trusted that old book and spent many hours in winter in front of the fireplace concocting loads for hunting everything from home to Africa and Alaska. I then got every Manual that all the powder companies and bullet companies put out thirsting for the new stuff offered. I came to trust the Nosler books, Speer and Seirra books then Swift A-Frame, Berger and all the others. Yes, I can look up all that on the internet but it is time consuming going from one site to another to come up with new loads as opposed to have it all in one book with all the Chamberings from the .223 up to the .500's all in one book. Surely a new book will come out soon and help my feelings. Sorry for the rant but there it is from this old reloader that still enjoys my many rifles and loads I use and provide for the many grandsons and greats. Good Shooting. phurley

Yes. We bought a new coffee machine. Sophisticated one one that serves both normal and decaf! We couldn’t make heads or tail with it, as there was no instructions. Off to YouTube for a full instructions. Sadly, some manufacturers have gone too far. A powder measure that uses an app??

Have my final Ford Explorer (2024) as Ford will no longer furnish printed owners manuals. We have had at least 10 Ford products in a row for quite a few years now. F-em! At 85 I may have to buy my first foreign made car. When I go online it will be to find "car manufacturers except US". BAH!! NRA Benefactor Member US Navy Veteran
