When run out is checked, is it usually done at one or more points? Why? Like at a point on the bullet 1/8" past the end of the case, on the bore dia, on the groovedia, bullet tip, center of the neck, end of neck, neck/shoulder junction, shoulder/body junction, head, and or rim? TIA | ||

If you check your case at the neck before you load then again, for the most part, anywhere on the bullet. lonniemike, I've been checking mine about 3/16" or 1/4" ahead of the case on the +.25 cals and alittle closer on the smaller cals, it seems to work well. Reloader | |||
