| I also use the lyman auto scale. it is right on every time. I checked it against my rcbs 505 and it never chainged once! IT IS FASTER! you don"t have to have a powder measure,or a trickler! All you have to do is get 3 loads ahead then you can start seating bullets. Trust me,you can"t go wrong!!! |

Well I see Rube Goldberg is alive and well!
I've had the pact,(old model), for a couple 3 years now. It's fast enough, sure beats hand trickling. I changed my loading proceedure once I got the dispensor. Now I wait to prime before beginning the set up for charging powder. Hit the dispense button, pick up a case and primer, prime it,by then the powder charge is ready. Dump the powder in the case, seat the bullet, then prime the next case. That takes up the time needed for the next charge to dispense. I have no intention of getting the upgrade done. |
