Believe all I've seen in RCBS had heads and were 1/16" pins.

There are quite a few styles used over the years, the one that looks like a ‘nail’ with the head on it is the most common.
There are older die sets from the 50’s-70’s with no heads, just straight.
There are stepped, with .079” pin and stepped .081” and small .069” from way back when.
New dies use the .079” headed pin.
