My question is looking ar bullet charts they list a 22 Hornet 22 Cal. with the diameter bieng 223 the next list will show a 22 hornet 22 cal. with the diameter bieng 224 Why the difference in diameter if both can be used in the 22 Hornet | ||

The original hornets were made with .223 diameter bullets but modern ones were changed to .224 so that people could use the common 22 caliber centerfire bullets.
