For what? 3031 is a much faster powder than is BLC2. Have used the latter for cases in the 308 to 30-06 range. It does tend to have significant muzzle flash but has been quite accurate for me. Agreed!!!!!.....I've used both in the .223 and FWIW I'll use ball powders every time I get a chance in cases smaller than the 30-06......and even use H-414 at times in the 30-06too! Ball powders meter beautifully and are easier to load with! /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery."
