Are you getting a better accuracy/velocity combo with Reloader 19 or Reloader 22 in 300 WSM with 180 grain bullets? And what's your favorite load of the 2? Thanks, Jay

Here is my load data for my Kimber .300 WSM with 24" barrel. Note: all of these loads are safe in my rifle, but you should reduce the loads and work up to a safe load in "your" rifle (i.e., disclamier!!) Here are my best accuracy and velocity loads in my 300WSM BAR. 180gr Accubond 70.0gr of Ramshot Hunter Fed 215 Primers Avg Vel 3008fps Groups avg. .778 @100 yards 165gr Partition 71gr Ramshot Hunter Fed. 215 Primers Avg Vel. 3154fps Groups avg. .889 @100 yards http://www.ramshot.com/powders/ I had pretty good accuracy with R-19 but my velocities were slow. I have not used R-22. Don't like all the bad reports of huge differences from lot to lot and temp stability.

I knew there was a reason I used RE22 for my bro-in-laws Browning 300WSM with 180 Nosler BTs., last year. He said first 2 shots were in the same hole. I'll be calling Gander Mtn. for some 22, And I'll keep the RE19 the wife picked Friday for my 6mm. and '06'. Thanks, Jay

In my rifle R-19 and R-22 are pretty close. I did get alittle better load density and groups with R-19 so that is what I settled on. R-22 was an average of about 35fps faster. My rifle shoots better at near max loads. I'm starting to shoot some H-4350 groups and velocity is pretty close to R-19 and R-22. I tried some N-550 not much luck had good groups with N-165 but lousy velocity. My custom 300wsm I average pretty close to 3150fps/3185 with 165gr and 180gr bullets. My factory rifle is somewhat slower 2952fps with a 180gr and 2965fps with a 165 gr bullet. I did try some 760 wasn't impressed. Both rifles seem to like the same powder and in all the powder I've shot in both rifles H-4350 has the smallest velocity gap. Well good luck VFW

I've had best luck with RL-22 and Magpro with 180gr bullets.........DJ ....Remember that this is all supposed to be for fun!..................

I tried both and the R22 gave me much better accuracy. I'm getting 2940fps w/ 180 NBTs over 66.5 grains of R22 but, this bbl is fast so you may want to go w/ a heavier charge. Good Luck! Reloader
