A friend of mine asked me if he could legally own this stuff. We're in Louisiana if that matters. It is Federal Premium Law Enforcement HST. He has asked several cops, who don't seem to know. The box says made exclusively for law enforcement, but doesn't say not for civilian use. It is .45 acp +p. | ||

Yuppers!!!!!
