| Tupperware, a good food container but a poor choice for a bullet container. Melted plastic is a bad thing for bbls. Want fps and accuracy, try a 110hp. Never seen a sabot that done what a proper jacketed bullet can do. It's your bbl, but I still say don't. |

| The military gets great accuracy with smooth bores, sabots, and finned projectiles.
With a .308, 22/30 sabots, and 55 gr. .224 bullets, I got big groups.
Those groups would be ok for my average $50 surplus rifle and military ammo, but my expensive .223 rifles have spoiled me with .8 to 2" groups, so 4 to 8" groups are a waste of good 55 gr. bullets. |
