Yes, their equipment has a high price but you cannot beat their Customer Service and their warranty on their equipment. They have fixed all my dies, even though the damage was my fault, supplied items at no charge and answer all my concerns about their equipment no matter how dumb the questions I had were. They have the best Customer Service of any reloading equipment suppliers that I have dealt with. Just to let everyone know how good they really are. I have some Lyman and Lee and Hornaday equipment and when I contacted their customer service I was very disappointed at the responses I got bac k. RCBS has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

| Yes, they really are. I used to buy all my wildcat dies direct but I was informed that they can't do that anymore. When I called customer service that's what I was told, a change of policy but I also needed a threaded bushing for one of my presses + he sent it to me at no charge. Good folks to deal with.
Never mistake motion for action.

| My 30+ year old RCBS powder measure's plastic reservoir got cloudy and had powder stuck to the inside which would not clean up. One phone call and they sent me a new one and said it was on "warranty" (?). I've got lots of GREEN reloading stuff and will get more.
