| Sounds excellent. However, don't forget IMR 4831. I've found that this one powder is consistently the most accurate with the 160-grain weight in the 7mm Remington Magnum. It is also interesting that the Nosler manual chooses that powder as the accuracy powder with the 160-grain bullets. |

| Trigger-I am using that bullet in my 7 Mashburn Super and I use 7818.
I'd try that and also R22 and of course H4831

Should have some data soon. Number 1 son just opened his birthday present. A Browning A- bolt II left hand composite stainless with a 26 " barrel. Got a Leupold VX II in 3X9 matte with it. It's got a mag box of approx 3.38 and it looks like the throat is deep enough to use all of it with the 160 accubond. Break in will be with factory 150 WW power points. Gonna start out handloading with what I have - RL22, Win brass and Win LR mag primers. Have loaded my own for a while, but this is my first magnum.
BTW - he is not recoil shy. Shot his first deer with my 338 Hawk pushing a 210 Nosler at 2850. An awesome load. |

| iVE JUST TRIED SOME 160 ACCUBONDS IN MY 7 RM ON PAPER WITH 61 G. TUBAL 7000 ( SIMILAR TO IMR 4350).
CHRONY SPEAKS ABOUT 3030 FT/S, AND GOOD PRECISSION, ALTHOUGH THE EJECTOR LEFT AN IMPRINT IN CASE HEAD. I WANT TO TRY AGAIN AND REDUCE LOAD A LITTLE.
WHAT ABOUT FIELD PERFORMANCE? |

| Trigger, The 7mag. I used to have shot well, very well with IMR4831, try 61grs. of it with standard Win. primers, IMR4831 seems to work the best in the 7Mag from some of the reading I've done about the cartridge, too. Jay |
