I find myself having over 500 rounds of neck sized 243 loaded ammo. None of it fits my rifles.

Supplies being what they are I'm going to pull all of them, pull the pin on the resizing die and resize them all.

I've been sitting on these for about 2 years.

I'll wind up with one lb of 4350 and 2 lb of 4064.

100 - 100 grain sp and the rest are 85 hpbt.

One of the reasons I'm doing this is my FiOS connection will be down for 2 days.

Just out of curiosity, did you originally load this ammo?

If you don't have a bullet puller for your press, get one. Your arm will fall off trying to use a kinetic puller on that many rounds.

You should pull them all anyway and start over. Never shoot another's reloads.

Even though I reloaded with this guy and I know him I'm still going to pull them anyway.

I was wrong. The box had 51 yellow Winchesters boxes of loaded ammo. That is 1020 rnds. I timed myself, with an RCBS collet puller i could do a box in < 5 minutes.

4 hr and 15 minutes over several days. I'm almost done.

Wish I had the dillon 650 set up for 243. Maybe I'll hand feed the tube, just need the 45acp setup with 243 dies to resize Cool

Seat them about .050 deeper before you pull them and they will come out much easier.

if you use the hammer ( i know, you didn't . i red that Smiler )

take a 2-3' length of 4x4 and hit on the END of the chunk -- it REALLY makes a difference, 2-3 whacks, rather than more .. and you can hit it about as hard, without denting the wood as compared to the side
