Neil, I don't have access to my reference data, so I can't provide specific input on the combination you look for.

A general input would be that RL15 is on the slow side for the 6mm PPC case. The standard powders for that cartridge is something like VV N130 and (in particular) N133.

Try to vist www.6mmbr.com, I believe they have an article on the 6mm PPC. Their articles usually contain suggestions for loads.

if it does you any good - my load is 28.5 gr of H335 and the 70 grain bullet

Never tried anything as slow as RL15 ended up with H322 because I could get it easier than N133.
