I do not want anything getting into the shell of these slugs, so I cut a cardboard circle to fit, and pushed it into the mouth of the shell. To keep it secure I am thinking of pouring in just enough sealing wax to seal the edges. Any comments appreciated. Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocre minds. I have melted wax into the crimp before when they wouldn't seal tight. I would think that should work good for you. | |||

Thanks for the comments. I will use the nail polish on the primer and edge of the brass, but I do think it would be better for the wax to go on the mouth of the case. I wasn't perfect in cutting the cardboard overwads. Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocre minds.
