NitromanAnyone Sealed Shotgun Shells?
I do not want anything getting into the shell of these slugs, so I cut a cardboard circle to fit, and pushed it into the mouth of the shell. To keep it secure I am thinking of pouring in just enough sealing wax to seal the edges.
Any comments appreciated.

brianboJust use some clear nail polish to seal the edge. Should work fine.

remshooterI have melted wax into the crimp before when they wouldn't seal tight. I would think that should work good for you.

NitromanThanks for the comments. I will use the nail polish on the primer and edge of the brass, but I do think it would be better for the wax to go on the mouth of the case. I wasn't perfect in cutting the cardboard overwads.
