Does anyone have any experience with Jamison brass? I'm wondering about the quality . --------------------------------- We unfortunately will vote our way into socialism. The end result will be having to shoot our way out of it.

Terrible luck in .505 Gibbs, bought 40 loaded 20 and 14 of them split in various places on the first firing. I won't buy any more of it if I can find an alternative. Karl Evans

I have done OK with their brass in 577NE and 50-110Win, But I don't shoot many rounds a year with these big bores. Just enough to sight in and go chase cape buffalo. IHMSA BC Provincial Champion and Perfect 40 Score, Unlimited Category, AAA Class.

Decent luck with their 416 Remington and 470 NE. I anneal as well (AMP) and the primer pockets are still tight with multiple reasonable loads.

I have used quite a bit of the now unfortunately unavailable Jamison brass, mostly in older, obsolete cartridges like the 1876 Winchester series and also 35 Remington. Never had a problem with any of it. Their quality control was much better than Bertram and it certainly cost a lot less.
