Anyone ever use this powder in a 223 with good results? I am interested in possibly trying it out, just wondering if anyone here had ever tried it. Most people are link slinkies, Basically useless but fun to push down the stairs.

I used it with bullet weighing from 40 to 80 grains, and the only one it impressed me with was the 77 grain Sierra HPBT. TAC From 21.8 grains to 24.0 grains Remington 7-1/2 Primer

That is what Black Hills loads the M-262 M1 Sniper ammo with for the military. I love that powder in the .223/5.56. Get a Ramshot catalog. Their data is available online. For the lighter bullets, try Ramshot X-Terminator. Works great through a Dillon powder measure.

I've used it...it works. I really like ball powders in the small cases like the .223 /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." Cleanest burning ball powder I've ever used. Had great success with it in a 6PPC. It was the only PPC barrel I ever had that would shoot TAC worth a damn.
