I had a .270 that was a so-so shooter with most everything I tried. Then I got some 140 swift a frames and fueledthem up to 3330 with 7828--became a tack driver. I've also loadedthem down to 3100 for wis whitetail and the accuracy stayed excellent.

I get good results with 70 grains of H1000 and a 140 gr. XBT in a .270 Weatherby that I load for.The 140 gr. XBT grouped better than the 130 grain.

Try IMR7828 or RL25 powder, both work Great for the 270Wby... Good Luck! Try Federal 215 primers too

IMR 4831 has given me terrfic results in both accuracy and velocity. 7828 should be good too. But I would go to 4831, it is sort of the foul proof powder for the 270 WBY.
